Group Workshops

We offer workshops in Dorchester and Sherborne, however you are welcome to request an alternative location and we will aim to provide the group at that locality if possible. Groups are limited to a small number to ensure participants feel safe and to maximise the experience for each delegate.  Refreshments are provided and the environment is relaxed and informal.  



How to Sleep Well

Online tips suggest environmental and routine adjustments.  However a good nights sleep is so much more than these practical alterations.  It’s about healthy lifestyle, how we approach sleep, beliefs about the quality of sleep, managing expectation and teaching the mind to settle.  We will teach you how to relax and have a constructive expectation about rest. 

How to Love Your Body

Do you want to look in the mirror and be pleased with what you see?  Have you tried diets which simply haven’t made much difference?  This workshop will discuss healthy lifestyle choices based around the values we hold.  We can change our eating habits and find a motivation to exercise when we understand our drivers and beliefs.

How to Manage Your Stress Effectively

What plays on your mind and prevents you from living the life you want?  When we understand our values and are clear about our outcomes, then we are able to focus on our goals and can attend to what is most important.  We can then develop the ability to manage our state constructively.

How to Live more Mindfully

Would you like to be able to accept your thoughts and circumstances in a non-judgemental manner, which will enable you to feel more peaceful?  Do you have issues which you find hard to let go?  Developing the art of mindfulness will help you deal with them more constructively.  We offer both one off taster sessions, as well as 8 week courses.  These practical sessions will enable you to be present in the moment and develop the skills to connect with your experiences.
